Nathacha Bien-Aimé is a Florida-licensed attorney, admitted in 2019, who brings both passion and real-world experience to her practice. She grew up in Miami, Florida, and is bilingual in English and Haitian Creole, allowing her to serve a diverse and vibrant client base.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Political Philosophy, from Florida State University. She later attended St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as President of the Black Law Student Association, was an active member of the Student Bar Association, and became a published contributor to the St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation.
Ms. Bien-Aimé began her career as an assistant public defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, representing clients in both juvenile and felony divisions. That work allowed her to gain considerable trial experience and to handle hundreds of cases. She has since tried cases in both state and federal court and continues to build a strong litigation record, including being part of the legal team representing Media Personality Milagro Cooper also known as “Milagro Gramz” in the Southern District of Florida in a matter involving Megan Pete, widely know as “Megan Thee Stallion.”
After her time in public defense, Ms. Bien-Aimé transitioned into first-party property, personal injury, and civil litigation, where she now focuses on representing insured clients in disputes against major insurance carriers. She has successfully negotiated and resolved significant settlement matters and remains committed to advocating for clients facing challenging legal and financial circumstances.
